Kraftsborg State Reform Act

Proposed by: AdamJN

Preamble

The State of Kraftsborg has experienced periods of reduced activity and over-reliance on the personal availability and contributions of a single leader.
This Act is introduced to stabilise, revitalise, and future-proof the state by distributing responsibility, encouraging citizen participation, and formalising governance structures that ensure continuity and resilience.

These reforms are intended to create a self-sustaining, engaging, and durable state capable of thriving independent of any one individual. :contentReference[oaicite:0]
